Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. A written estimate outlines the scope of work, materials, and price. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Pricing on the Site is not a guarantee of cost. Actual costs depend on site-specific conditions, scope of work, material availability, and other factors assessed during an on-site visit. Work will not begin without customer approval of a written estimate or contract.
Scheduling is subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment date and time in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable if a reschedule is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation or restocking fee as specified in your written agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are due upon presentation unless a different timeline is stated in writing. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law. You agree to pay any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if your account is referred to collection.
